Join the Gregory Heights PTSA for a special evening benefiting EVERY child at our school. This event will feature dinner, live and silent auctions, raffles and a dessert dash and more! This is an evening for Gregory Heights parents, families and friends to come together to support our children's learning by raising money for our PTSA.
WHERE: Friday, March 3rd, 5:30pm at The Cove in Normandy Park.
ATTIRE: This is a casual event. Come as you are comfortable!
CHECK-IN: Doors open at 5:30pm. If you didn’t save your credit card online, you can register a card at the door. You will be given your bid # for use throughout the night and any drink tickets that you pre-purchased online.
BAR SALES: A no-host bar will be available with beer and wine. Use your bid # to buy your $5 drink tickets. 1 ticket = 1 drink.
EXPRESS CHECKOUT: We will make every attempt to have checkout available starting within 30 minutes of the Live Auction. However, if you have a card on file, you are free to leave whenever and receive your items later in the week. We will email receipts within 2 weeks.
CENTERPIECES: Succulent centerpieces can be purchased for $20. Mark your name and bid # on the accompanying sheet and leave it on the table. You can pick up your succulent at the end of the night. The Glassybaby votives on the table will also be available for $60. Mark your name and bid # on the sheet that accompanies the votive you would like and we will make sure it is packaged carefully and ready to go home with you.
CATALOG: Auction Catalogs will be available at check-in and include approximate time lines and information on raffles such as Lucky Squares, Heads or Tails, Wine Wall and more. Detailed descriptions of Teacher Adventures and Live auction items are included as well.
AUCTIONS: There will be two rounds of silent auctions, as well as auctions on Teacher Adventures and Classroom Art. Silent auctions will close first, starting around 7pm. Live auction will begin around 8pm.
